We Provide Housing Programs for Senior and Homeless Veterans and their Families: Our initiative is a mission to address problems of the veterans senior housing issues and homelessness impacting Low Income populations, Veterans and their families. There is no doubt in anyone’s mind today that US Veterans are unfairly neglected on many levels of society. MHRF housing initiatives will help accelerate progress in preventing and eliminating veteran homelessness.” Every Dollar you donate is tax deductible

Since the Vietnam War they have lived in chronic stigma. They would greatly benefit by some auxiliary agency that cared to offer alternative services in new scalable, financially viable ways, rather than a shameful policy of non-action and broken promises for so many war-torn veterans who come home, physically and emotionally compromised, traumatized, and too often marginalized for what they paid in the belief of their service. MHRF plans for a “model community-based setting” of innovative cluster-formulated housing that includes comprehensive wrap-around services with clinical health support, tailored to their unique, specific needs as veterans and their families.

ince the 1980s, US Veterans have been disproportionately represented in the homeless population. Recent estimates show they make up a significant portion of the overall US homeless population. They are at elevated risk of homelessness with one in ten having experienced it at some point in their lives. MHRF, Inc. with the adjunct MHRF Housing Initiative is committed to reversing this trend by focusing on research, community engagement, and equitable solutions, that will improve their lives.

Support Affordable Homes for Veterans

Veterans have made significant sacrifices in service to their country, and providing stable housing for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness is a way to honor that service. Housing programs designed specifically for veterans often include additional support, such as mental health services and employment assistance, to help them reintegrate into society.

Honor the Service of Veterans

Veterans face challenges related to mental health like PTSD, physical disabilities, or substance abuse that make finding and maintaining housing difficult. MHRF Housing programs are designed so veterans are provided specialized care and support needed to address these challenges and help them transition to and sustain civilian life.

Save Veteran Families

Veterans have extensive families including spouses, children, parents, and extended families who need our support to promote veteran safety and stem the tide of veteran family disrespect.
